1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Swappie app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This agreement is governed by the
Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Any terms herein that conflict with the EULA shall be superseded by the EULA where required by Apple’s policies.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Swappie is for informational purposes only. The nutritional data, recipe modifications, and health insights provided by our AI are estimates and should not be considered medical advice.
Always consult a physician or qualified health provider regarding any medical condition or dietary changes. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on this App.
3. AI-Generated Content
The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate recipe swaps and images. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information. You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own risk and should verify ingredients and instructions before cooking.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Features: Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., unlimited swaps, cloud sync).
- Billing: Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions for you.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google, subject to their refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content are owned by MySimpleEssential. You retain rights to any original recipes you input, but you grant us a license to use, display, and process that content to provide the Service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySimpleEssential shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Apple Device Terms
If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and MySimpleEssential only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law.
- Product Claims: You acknowledge that MySimpleEssential, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
